I recently tried shopify but they have suspended my account. Asked many provider no one agree to provide hosting. But still some sites are working on this niche. Need you valuable suggestions

There is a big difference between copyright and Trademark violation. DMCA ignored providers are not always trademark ignorant.
I would recommend to discuss with the hosting provider of your choice first and then buy
