So i recently just found a group, it has a moderator but it has no admin because i think it was disabled or something, so now this group just has 1 person and is a moderator but no admins.

Back in 2017 there was a chrome extension, it has function of claim fb page admin, what it was doing joining a large set of fb pages then running request admin access, I had used that plugin and claimed many pages, i am very much sure that plugin is either dead or fb patches the fix to claim admin.

you can't unless the admin is banned on facebook. But there is no way to find that kind of group.

i know one group that has no admin because admin acc was disabled or banned. the group only has a moderator no admin at all
