I have lost access to GMB listing

Hello, I had a partner which happens to be a rat, so I have removed him from the business,

But he has a gmail which manages listing, he won't give me an access to it,

What do you suggest me to do? What should I do to reclaim that listing? Or to delete it and create a new one?

Phone number is in my hands which is mentioned in listing.
