So the gmail accounts that you create we are able to recieve emails and verify confirmations but we cannot reply or send out emails? Is that correct?

Don't believe so. I've registered a number of Gmail emails without using my phone =/

Sometimes it requires a phone number, sometimes not. It depends on unknown parameters

Most of non-mailing gmails become SMS locked right after you send 1 email. As far as I know that 1 email won't be delivered
We were able to provide good gmails for mailing for a long time but can't do that for a month already. I hope we'll fix our software soon and will be able to provide them again
