honestly the situation with TG these days is that they are pretty darn good at deleting bots. Even the most premium services got the same issue. Your best bet is an autorefill service or a premium manual service.

honestly, non-drop followers are tough to find, but focus on organic growth with quality content & community engagement.

Tried as well with Telegram members and channel growth but so far members drop almost always.
I think that panels can still be useful though by providing views, reactions and bot start, that more or less counts as members for a channel because when they start the bot they get counted as members (if you have a bot, that can be good too as you can just make a basic one right inside of Telegram and place your content very easily there) and use them for user engagement/views as those help channels as well in ranking, even if for a smaller part compared to members.

I think that for actual members the best thing is either mass DM or ask to someone to scrape relevant groups and mass add them to your own channel.

I need hundreds of thousands (preferably) so these suggestions won't help me unfortunately.

I don't advertise here. I'm saying in general, whatever panel you trust, the more expensive ones tend to work a lot better than the cheaper ones.

I believe you are limited to adding 100 members only to channels. Members of your channel can't add new members like they can in groups. So I don't believe that's possible to do with a channel.
