Yes this will work from desktop PC as the core principals of the book are the same for any version of TikTok, it may even be easier to do the video editing which is talked about in the 'manipulating users' section on a desktop.

As of 28/04/23 the ‘TikTok Stitch Method’ which was a BONUS feature of the E-book included in the last page has been patched.
Common consensus is that before uploading a video labeled as a stitch TikTok checks to see if the video length is a minimum of 8 seconds. If not, the video fails to post and throws an error code ‘Stitch is not allowed for this video’.
Our team is currently working on a possible workaround for this and I will update the thread accordingly for any discoveries, all other tips, tricks and content in the book are still working and will be for the foreseeable future.

Hey @zriouilsaml
Yes you will have success with both apple iPhone and any android phones.
I do not know of anyone that used an android with this method however, you could always message one of the reviews on the thread and ask them what device you used.
