What to do if i got scammed ? is it scammed?

Hi i paid 50$ USDT to one VIP user on this forum. He shared the wallet address for the transection, and i told him that my team takes time to pay in USDT if you can share paypal or stripe then i can pay instant, but he didn't have them both, he then shared the wallet id to pay usdt i paid him after a week as i have shared with team and they took time to make transfer, but now he is not replying me properly and saying wallet address expired, things like this. What to do, i made first purchase on this forum and this happen to me, I am not writing his name and account here because he not yet blocked me or said Yes or not, once i get final conclusion, i will post with all of you, stay safe and i hope forum members will get help from here and i will get help as well.
