I joined in 2019 after reading an adult tube journey thread. Inspired, I launched my own tube website, which initially attracted 1,000 daily views but eventually lost interest due to some other projects and failed.

However, I continued learning from other members' experiences in adult tube sites and have decided to start a new journey thread to share my progress and insights.

I set a goal to create the thread once my website received 1,000 daily page views. Surprisingly, my new website reached that milestone within 20 days of being indexed on Google.

I plan to add 100 videos per week and dedicate 2 hours per week to this project, with the objective of scaling the website from scratch to 100k views per day by the end of the year.




Currently, I have published 475 videos and have gained approval from ExoClick and other ad platforms.

I am displaying a few banner ads from ExoClick and will focus on increasing ad revenue once the site reaches 10k views per day. My targeted audience is mainly from Asian countries, and I aim to discover the method for bringing organic traffic and replicating it with Tier 1 or Tier 2 traffic.

I built the website using WordPress and the Wp-script Retro theme, and I am hosting the videos using third-party hosting services. However, once the website generates 30k+ daily page views, I may explore the option of hosting videos on my own server. I will continue to share more details on the website's growth on a weekly basis.

My ultimate goal is to achieve 100k daily page views by the end of this year, and I hope to achieve this milestone through this exciting journey.

I used the basic Wordpress hosting with one domain option .. You can also check Hostwinds, I have not used them , but Wp-scripts promote them on their website

I have a few questions if you don't mind answering -

Are you manually adding the videos from whichever 3rd-party host you're using? Or automatically importing? Do you copy title/thumbnail/desc/tags from the original host, or put your own spin on this?
These videos are free-use right, not able to be taken down through DMCA takedowns?

You're not doing any external promotion (eg. social media) correct? Just adding videos and getting organic search traffic?

I understand your traffic is mainly from a T3 demographic and you're not too focused on monetizing, although what are your earnings so far from the few ExoClick banners hosted?

What is the monthly cost to maintain the site? (eg. hosting, 3rd-party video host/provider)

Here are my responses to your questions

I personally add and import videos to my website by scraping the title, thumbnail, description, and tags from other websites. After adding a keyword to the title, I import the videos in batches of 25 using an Excel sheet to consolidate the data. This process saves me a significant amount of time and simplifies the process.

No, the videos I use are not free for public use, and they are subject to takedown requests under the DMCA. In fact, I have noticed that the majority of adult tube sites employ copyrighted videos on their platforms.

Currently, my sole focus is on increasing traffic through organic search. In a previous project, I attempted to use social media and sex.com to drive traffic, but the results were not proportional to the time and effort I invested. Nonetheless, I am considering utilizing Reddit to expedite the indexing of my content. However, one challenge I face is that only 25% of the videos I imported have been indexed by Google, and the remaining 75% are still awaiting indexing.

So far, I have spent $42 on hosting and an additional $8 to test out some premium features of a third-party video service. In total, my investment has been $50.

You should really look into self hosted push notifications solution. You've got the traffic, just capture the subscribers and push some ads to them.
If you are not comfortable with setting up cpa campaigns yourself look for someone who's already working with adult push campaigns and do a JV.
