I'm not promoting; once I know the requirements I can make recommendations to them.
Proxies are complex, you can't just recommend a specific type of proxy or company if you don't know all the info for the specific use case.

recommend people or companies , you just point them to proxy sales.

Best is subjective, the more effective ones will be mobile proxies under actual ISPs with rotating IP. Most of the time and if you're smart/ careful with your IP management, you're mostly safe from IP bans on that setup. You could find a couple of good unlimited GB ones for a good price, check the Marketplace for seller posts on it.
