Design issue on Member's profile

It seems that today's BHW maintenance has caused a minor design issue on members' profiles. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem as me? This issue is more visible on the White theme style, but it is still present on the Black theme.

Random arrow pops up on Member's profile

Profile picture is slightly being shown under the "Write something" box.

I got same thing on two systems. Somebody messed up them paddings
1. Win 10, Opera, 2560x1440
2. Ubuntu, Chrome, 3840x2160
