Hi there, thanks for the service, in part I am relatively happy. I would however have preferred for you to have sent me the Press Release report once more submissions had been completed rather than pending.
Of the 130 Press Release sites submitted only 16 have been approved, that leaves me with excess work to keep going back and checking the statuses before pinging the urls, extra work I do not want when paying for a completed service. I was quoted a time of 3-5 days and received the work on the 2nd, I would much rather you had waited until the 5th day or later and sent me a more complete report.

EDIT - Actually after checking through a fair amount of press release sites on the report where pending approval many usernames and passwords are incorrect or account not found. Please provide explanations.

I have sent you a PM with your order status.
Placed an order with you for 3,000 links directory submission. Dont really understand what your form is asking for though, it says copy and paste the details of the site in the box! What do you mean by this? most submission services require the URL's to be submitted, anchor text, and site description. You dont ask for any of that on your form. Hopefuly I have provided the info you need.

We paid for 125 press release submissions, after spending some time checking them over twice our final conclusions showed that 79 of the 125 sites did either; not have an account even set up or the press release was not submitted.
I have given the Service Provider a few opportunities to explain but has not given me valid reasons why over 63% of their work was inadequate or non existent.

Dear Sir, I believe that this is the very first time you have ordered for any kind of SEO service for your website. You paid for 125 submissions, and that is what I did - submitted the article to 125 PR sites.
I do not own these PR sites, so, I cannot guarantee the approval of the submissions. It depends on the article that you had written.
Regarding the 'account does not exist' issue, I had clearly wrote in my first PM to send me names of few such sites and you did not even care to give me that. But, continued to blame me for link missing from 79 sites. I told you to check the email address used, to know about the status change of the submissions. You did not do that either. If you send me the list of sites that you find 'account does not exist', I will replace them with new accounts.
I still do not understand what you consider a 'valid reason'. Are you looking for a service that brings in 1000s of links and millions of visitors overnight? Well, show me a service that offers 125 approved PR submissions for so less $$ and I'll refund what you had paid. Thank you.
