Does anyone know where I can find a plugin that generates blog posts from Youtube videos?

you mean YT importer / embedder, or plugin that turns the content of videos into walls of text and posts them on your site??

For the 1st type there are dozens of plugins (probably even free ones), but for the other type I'm not sure, I'll have to google it if you don't want to do it yourself...
