Why is it valuable? For starters, it's not Chatgpt4. It's 3.5. I use 4 on a daily basis and this ain't it. Then, it's extremely slow. In fact, it's not even slow: it straight up doesn't work. It's also not safe. Who owns the site? The connection isn't even protected and you wanna be writing stuff in it?

Just use the regular free version if you don't have money for ChatGPT plus.

So why his replies are so much better than normal chatgpt? Is it because these guys prompted it to his full potential?

Well any number of reasons really. Most probably cost.
Someone mentioned something along the lines of:

I'm guessing they're using the official GPT4 API, but I'd imagine the cost would add up quick putting it out in the public like this. Either a very generous person or someone who didn't think this through and hasn't kept an eye out on their billing usage. Either way, thanks OP I'm definitely using this tonight.

Which is fairly normal to assume, even if it was just a hack connected to ChatGPT with an API it would still get banned as I expect that a 1000 people using this, would raise some issue on the real thing.
If it is a "custom" model just running it would scale quickly and as it seems it was the project of some student in the Philippines.

It isn't replying, so i can't comment on yet, bue yeah. Anyone can do that. The thing is, you're still placing text within a box that you don't know who reads. I wouldn't recommend using just any random site because someone told you it's good. Particularly when it starts up by lying and saying it is Chatgpt plus, which is no.t You need to pay for plus. Nobody is gonna be paying it for you to use. At best this is just the API

I see, but at least it required no registration so it wasn't like they could steal infos.

The plus version yes. The free version is just 3.5. Which works quite well, and it's more than enough for most people. I only paid for it because i really wanted GPT 4. It's better than 3.5, but not that much better. It depends on what you need.

If you use highly optimised and efficient prompts you see a very notable difference? Like the more the prompts are good, the better the difference of mind blowingness is between free and plus?

Better prompts produce better results, yes.
