New Domain - What Links and When to Send

Hi. Long time lurker. Love the amount of knowledge shared on this platform. Looking for some guidance on a topic. SEO knowledge is basic at best so go easy if this sounds dumb.

We have a new domain. No backlink history from what we can tell. Looks to be pretty clean.

Once we start publishing content, I'm wondering what type of backlinks are safest and most suitable for a new domain that doesn't have any. And how soon after we start publishing content would you recommend adding these links?

Links of any kind(profile, forum, blog comment, .edu) from sites that have less than 5% MOZ spam score (download the Moz chrome extension).
At the beginning keep the anchor text of links branded with your site name and direct them to your homepage instead of inner pages.
That's the strategy I've applied on my site.
Building 2-3 links a day is permissible.

For brand new domain, relevant and authority backlinks, relevant forum, directories, profile link are good to go. Use diversified anchor text.
Once the content published, you can build backlink. Start with less than 5 backlink per day and increase gradually.

As its new, avoid spammy backlinks and the content have to informative and unique.

In your case, it's important to focus on building high-quality backlinks that will not only boost your website's authority but also provide long-term benefits.

After you've got a fair a share of content, reach out to industry influencers, websites loosely related to your niche, journalists from smaller sites, bloggers who might link to your articles. Use Twitter messages, LinkedIn connections, or other channels popular with your niche. Offer to collaborate. Guest posting on other reputable websites can bring substantial results when done correctly.

Also, Share your articles on Reddit (preferably answering relevant questions).

1. Start building links once your post got indexed.
2. Keep checking the quality metrics of the blogs from those you plan to get backlinks.

Quality metrics that need to be checked are:

1. DR ( as much as high from 0 to 100)
2. DA ( as much as high from 0 to 100)
3. TF ( as much as high from 0 to 100)
4. Spam Score ( as much as lower from 0% to 100%)
5. RD ( as much as high o to 'n' numbers)
6. Traffic ( as much as high o to 'n' numbers)
