I can't rank anymore

The title says it all, i used to rank easy keywords with new domains using forum links, pbn links but in the last 6 months i made 4-5 websites and i can't even rank very low comp keywords anymore. Back in 2020 i could rank using PBN links on new domain but nowadays it does not effect at all. Is it necessary to start with aged domain? do i have to pay a lot to these domains?

Low comp keywords you should be able to rank just with a decent content.

The niche i was working wasn't allowing us to have much time with the site, we needed new sites every 6-7 months.. but i wish i had built sites in different niches.

Not at all, they all low comp keywords. However, all results are filled with spam sites, google sucks nowadays.

Buying an aged domain is an option to rank.

Even you can rank with new domains, by posting well-researched, high-quality content on your pages, and building some quality backlinks will get you ranked for low-difficulty keywords easily.

My content is better than the page 1 ranking competitors, does domain extension have any impact on it? I use .ws extension most of the time.

I noticed some backlinks are much less powerful. Many websites who sell many backlinks seem to bring zero juice.
I guess Google has been much better at neutralizing links farm.
Maybe less backlinks but on better real websites is the new SEO.

Aged domain really helps too.
I am focusing my energy on improving my old websites which get a good bonus from Google those days without much effort.

Domain age is not so much important for ranking. I think you should upload quality contents, create high-quality backlinks ( You can spy on competitors backlinks), always fix any lack of SEO of your website.
