I was checking a Spanish bed linen review website and was absolutely shocked when I noticed that 80% of its traffic came from "prayers to sleep well".

Ok, traffic is traffic, and this guy will get some results in AdSense with this visitors. But, does this unrelated traffic helps the ben linen posts in any way? It didn't get any backlinks, just tons of traffic.

What an irony!
traffic is traffic
Well, but this guy is certainly not looking for pennies from Ad Sense. He must be looking for big revenue via sales. So he must work on selling keywords.

But yes, if any of those prayer seekers ever decide to buy a linen then his 'prayer' for sale will be answered!

Those traffic will not have a direct impact, but is has advantage if its from high authorithy sites.

As it is unrelated traffic, it will higher bounce rate, may be only less people will be interested on that topic.

That is related though...... you make it sound like they are talking about lizards on a bed site.

That traffic is still more likely to convert than real "random traffic". Even if it is a long time, just even getting

people familiar with your business name can warm them up, make them search around your site more

get them on your social medias, and if you personally beleive in the stuff you write like prayers

then you can connect with and help your own community all in one.

All the articles on the site being like that isnt the best if the business needs conversions asap to stay

afloat but it goes into building topical relevancy as you can surely inter link with sleep content in general.

Sometimes creative stuff gets the sales, like I have problems sleeping at night

so I listen to rain sound live streams for sleep.

This one youtuber who 24/7 live streams rain sounds has a bed in his background that he changes its sheet design

all the designs in his videos are avaiable in his store.

after 2 weeks of me just using his channel to sleep because it had the right amount of rain and thunder

for me, I saw a design I really liked and bought from him.

3 comforters (still have them too)

It took 2 weeks to randomly convert me with his hidden advertising, some it might take months, but all the while between that

we create engagement on the channel and a little ad revenue.

I wish I got into streaming sleep sounds, but now adays their are like 50 channels live streaming rain all day long, and 90% of them

dont even know how to monetize the views so they are sort of wasting the divided traffic.
