Which sites to backlink to? DA with traffic VS no traffic

Hey I'm still getting my head around blackhat seo,
This site legra.ph has a DA of 56 but no traffic vs a website like publicistpaper.com DA of 55 but traffic is 24.4k a month. Does it make much difference?

For a backlink, I recommend a DA site with traffic, which is good for your SERP movements. So you can pick the site publicistpaper.com. Yes, there is such a difference. DA, without traffic sites, that's may be like PBNs. But DA, with traffic sites, is organically maintained.

Publicistpaper lacks topical relevancy IMO, but if you get a guest post on that site for $50-100 it will be worth it.... but they might ask more than $100, so it will depend on your willingness to pay in that case

Trying to find more of a niche website really hard to guestpost on which is a pain,
Publicistpaper I picked up for $25 did have to send over my own article just trying to work out whats worth it.

both sites are good and you should get backlinks from both (especially since telegra.ph is free, so you risk nothing)

Definitely, the traffic of the sites from which we get backlinks plays a vital role in our site's ranking on SERP.

And also it will generate referral traffic to your site.

Always try to pick backlinks from High DA and well-traffic websites. But if you have to choose one, you should go for a traffic website.

On my opinion , look for websites with high DA as they are reputable and have established in their industry. These are considered authoritative by search engines , which would help improve websites ranking.

Yes I Agree ,Both sites are good .DA With Traffic is good for SERP Rankings, DA Without Traffic Is Increase your Backlinks Count like PBNs.

not relevant to your niche -> backlink to your domain..

with traffic? excellent.. best
no traffic? dropped domain, used for PBN mostly, in my experience does not do a lot for ranking in competition keywords
