Is it possible to get e-mails of group members?

You cannot get emails from members by even being an administrator unless you ask for them.
I see, thank you for answering. What about running campaigns while re-targeting profiles following a certain Instagram page, or facebook group members?

You cannot get the group's email even if you are the admin. You can do a report on the characteristics of your team members such as age, occupation or interests to create the right pixel

I guess you can scrape the users and then scrape their profile info + likes etc.
And with some basic data science skills you could get some interesting insights from the audience.
You can also repost videos in target groups and get views and then create lookalikes based on that seed

You can do some posts and wait untill you have over 100 visitors to create a look a like from. Maybe this give you new ideas.
