Could you please work on getting a proper support system? I asked yesterday to cancel an order, 6 hours later I get the answer, "Checking your order", and now 8 hours later it is still not canceled. Come on! I have written a support ticket, Skype message, and WhatsApp message. On WhatsApp, I also simply got the reply "Check and cancel"

That's terrible support!

If this is not fixed soon, I may have to resell from a different panel.
