Besides Flippa, is there anyone else selling starter websites?

As the question is written in the title, I hope this information would be useful to someone else.
So, I tried to find someone else who offers to sell our starter stations (websites without profit), but I couldn't find one except for one Facebook group.
Does anyone know if there is anyone else besides Flippa?

Blackhatworld is a good option too, you can try. No other site beside flippa got enough traffic or buyers for starter websites.

BHW marketplace
I wouldn't buy from FB marketplace unless it's via PayPal

Won't it be a good idea to buy an expired domain with good metrics and build a site on that if you anyways are looking for a starter website without profits?

A bit confusing if you're asking where to sell your starter sites?

Or you looking for more places online where you could buy starter sites hmm?

If you want to buy cheap starter site, then probably cheapest places would be Fiverr since I seen freelancers selling custom made starter sites as low as $80.

If you want to sell your starter sites, then now Flippa got too expensive by charging you $49 listing fee plus 10% success fee.

If you would sell website for $200 then Flippa fees are $49 + 10% of $200 = $69 or 35% from sold price.

I probably did not clearly write that I want to sell the site. I have one site (tech niche) that is on an old domain and has a little more than 50 posts, is registered with G News, and has about 3K monthly traffic (DA 5, PA 27). I don't have time to devote myself to it in detail.
And one of the reasons is precise that FILPPA has become too expensive.

Have you used Motion Invest?
If so, can you list some features?
Thank you.
I sold one of my sites through their portal some years ago.
If I remember it correctly, they did not charge me listing fees, they charge vetting fees before listing the website. In case they list & sell our website, then the vetting fees is adjusted to our payout after deducting their commissions.
Just check their FAQ pages, it has all the queries answered

I just checked their responses. Well, if anyone else is interested, it says like this:
"We suggest if your site is not making any money, to work on it for a few months and come back to us when it's making $20 a month."
It is unacceptable for me because I have no earnings on the site

they are not listing it as a starter site?? because they often show sites as starter sites .. they have a newsletter where they send you a list of newly listed sites on their portal.
Anyway... keep looking. If you get anything.. do let me know also

Sites making $20 a month and less are listed as starter sites on their newsletter, they don't show the earnings but still are making some money.

Ok.. mine was making a few hundred $s at the time. I didn't know about their criteria for a starter site.

Maybe try listing there anyways. Motion investusef to buy sites themselves too and not just list in the marketplace for a commission so see if you can sell it to their portfolio.

Is there a resource for this? Or are you manually going through expired domains looking for those that still get good traffic?

Searching expired domains manually is a really tedious full time job. You may not want to do this all the time. It is better to buy the good quality expired domains from the reputed sellers to save time and money. There are few good sellers present here in the BHW you can get it from.
