SERVICE IS NOT AS DESCRIBED - POOR SERVICE
I placed an order for 4 Amazon sites on the 15th of April. Until now, not a single site has been completed. Their Sales thread indicates that the Turn Around time is 7 - 12 days !!!, yet after waiting 18 days, I have received NOTHING!!!!
All they did was install a theme with dummy content on two sites and nothing else. I have contacted them several times to determine what is happening and when to expect my sites to be completed.
Communication is very poor; sometimes, they don't respond for days when I reach out.
I will wait until the end of this week before filing a PayPal dispute for not delivering what I ordered.
