4G Rotating Proxies

I'm thinking of buying 4G mobile rotating proxies from smart proxy.
I've been hearing that it is best to use 4G rotating proxies for running many IG accounts but I want more information.
My thinking is it would be better if the account was associated with one proxy/one general location. If the accounts are always signing in from different locations wouldn't that be more suspicious to instagram?

Let me make you clear that rotating does not mean to change the location of your proxy. It means that your IP address will be rotated. By changing your IP address you can easily manage multiple accounts.

When you generate a rotation, you only rotate the IP, not the location

I guess you want to say rotating IP, cause generally multiple accounts are tied to a proxy and allotted IPs get rotated.

Yes accounts (2 to 3) are associated with single proxies and the IPs get rotated, also rotating IP generally belongs to a IP pool and their location does not change.

Most of the rotating proxies where you can't turn off rotation are usually from a botnet type. Meaning they get people to install Apps on their devices and then share their bandwidth. If they have the ability to keep same IP for longer that usually means it's a true modem. But if you keep the same IP on Instagram it's not a bad thing as long as it's clean. And if you're rotating make sure they are in the same geo area and same provider. If IG sees you going from Los Angeles to New York to Florida in 1 hour they will know you're using some sort of proxy as no one can travel that fast. Also even make sure they rotate on the same provider as you most likely won't be bouncing from Verizon to T-Mobile to AT&T either.
