credit card paypal problem

Hello,

So, I've been trying to use my PayPal account to buy a wix website plan , but it's kind of annoying that they always ask for my credit card even when I have enough money in my account. I am not old enough for a credit card and I dont live in US. Anyone got an idea what I should do?

Find a seller here that sell a card to verify your account , I guess paypal made a new rule where you can't pay or send someone money beside if u have a card or bank linked to the account.

I can't find one that accept Paypal as a payment method
