free unlimited proxies

i want to learn about how proxies work with multiaccount creating like twitter ,
if i have a simcard and just turn on/off airplane mode this will give me a new proxy so is this valid for creating a lot of accounts ?
I see people buying/selling proxies and its not cheap , why not to make a bridge between lets say 2 phones and 1 pc for making unlimited accounts (considering Anti detected browser and all) , just want to learn more about this stuff and if you just lazy to type direct me somewhere.

1. creating or running multiple accounts requires not only multiple proxies, but also multiple browsers or devices, and requires each account to run with the same IP, a unique fingerprint.
2. Exactly what you are referring to is mobile proxy, and people are using sim card along with phone or dongles to create proxy, and airplan on off is also the way proxy providers are using to change IP. You only need 1 mobile proxy to use for multiple accounts.
You can learn how to create a mobile proxy on forums with many providers and tutorials.

you can get away with using 1 rotating proxy on 2-3 accounts.
just remember the more proxies tied to 1 up, when 1 account
gets banned, all the proxies on that ip go as well

There's software that can emulate different hardware/software setup, no need for multiple physical devices.
There's no guarantee you'll get a different IP by toggling your phone's airplane mode or turning it on and off, it's up to the provider how long they lease a dynamically assigned IP to a device.

i tried this in my phone and seems every time i do it will give me a different ip like this , 192.168.3.76 , 192.168.43.1 , 192.168.48.134 , just for example , only the 2 last numbers changes

If your provider does it every time then that's fine. If you want to toggle between more than just a handful of accounts, you're better off just buying actual proxies and using software that jumps between them.

Ideally you'd use software that emulates different hardware/software setups so the device fingerprinting is different. That or use a browser that fully blocks fingerprinting and software that toggles which proxy is being used.

All depends on what you're trying to do.
