The best, free vpn service I use is called hotspot shield. It uses OpenVPN under windows, very easy to install and use. It will give you a US IP address that changes every time. I live in Thailand, and use it to register to CPA networks, as well as for scrapebox as it works a lot better than the free proxies at times.

For some reasons, I always have a very slow connection with hotspot. I have to resort to paying $12 a month using Express VPN. Do you encounter anything similar?
