of course for domains not for isp/surfing. I will test freedns! Are there any other services like freedns? I am using twisted4life.com - its free for 10 domains)..

http://everydns.com was recently bought by Dynect (who are super awesome). They've only had about an hour of downtime in the last year. Not bad for a free service.

If you do a one time donation, you get additional functionality on their site, too.
