My account was blocked 6 months ago and I was told the funds in my account would be released in 6 months.

Now I try to contact them with the blocked email but each time, I receive an auto-reply reminding me my account was blocked and despite trying severally I get the same response.

I tried using my alternate email and finally get to email a real support desk personell but all they tell me is to open a ticket using the blocked account email. I try to tell them what response I get but I never get back a reply.

Just wondering if anyone has actually been able to get out funds after an account was blocked? Or perhaps this is another corporate scam that I will have to accept and move on.

I have been using Payoneer since many years and never had any issues, except recently, there was a few days delay in the bank withdrawal, which was due to Payoneer changing their connector bank, which was resolved. Overall, my experience with Payoneer has been very good.
When your account was blocked (6 months ago), what reason did they provide you, at that time ? What resulted in your Payoneer account getting blocked ?

They never tell you the reason. I was also a Payoneer user for over 7 years only to get my account blocked.

Very disappointing. I have found a better alternative since then but Payoneer is adamant about releasing my hard earned money

As a regulated financial institution, Payoneer is obligated to inform a user the reason why funds are withheld, mentioning as to which of their policy or policies it refers to. Anyways, it is nice that you have found an alternative, but if inacse you have any funds withheld again, just remember that a regulated financial institution is obligated to inform a user the reason why funds are withheld, mentioning as to which of their policy or policies it refers to.

What can I do? They never tell you.

Also I see you offer Fiverr gig reviews, thanks to your display image, do you still offer this service?

Lawyers are available a dime a dozen. You can spend a few dollars, get a suitable letter from a lawyer, emailed to them, mentioning your intention of "suing" them, etc, etc, etc and most probably, you will hear back from them quite fast.
Edited, to reply to :-
Interesting but I am not from any tier 1 country can I still get access to a lawyer?
Common ... Lawyers are available in every street corner, in every part of every country, perhaps with the exception of North Korea.
And if you are not in a Tier 1 country, then lawyers are literally available a dime for a dozen.
Just go to a "local" lawyer down the street, that should be more that sufficient for shooting a legal letter or legal "notice", by email to Payoneer.

i noticed the same, it usually takes 2 days maximum but recently it delays, how long did it take for you to get the withdrawal, please?

Maybe try contacting them via chat, phone, or community. Hope you get your money

I’ve been using them for three years without any issue. It’s really scary that they have blocked you after seven years.
Tell them that if they do not give the reason then you will sue them.

I will do just that

Try to contact them on Twitter. I usually get a faster reply there.

The safest place for money is your mattress these banks that these companies use can go under at any time.
