According to you, should I avoid buying a backlink of this website or the monthly traffic is not a very important metrics ? Thanks

Traffic wheter it is monthly or yearly. If it is declining , it is not good thing for any website.

Most expired domains work 60% of the time. 40% of the time it might not work.

The thing is before buying make sure the history is clean. when bought restore as many old pages as you can and
start modifying a bit by bit on it.

Hello, I'm not going to buy this domain. I want to pay this website to do a backlink going to my website

it looks like it's been constantly dropping rankings in the last months, that's not a good sign indeed.

And the fact that the backlink from such a "good" DA domain is low reinforces the idea that the site is slowly dying. So yeah, I'd not buy a backlink from that website.

To be double sure that the site is going down for good, check the backlinks and the OBLs on the content pages.

If you see a lot of backlinks from google (google.jp, google.ie, google.ua, etc) it's sure as hell that the owner had inflated the DA so he can sell links.

And if you see links to small sites, affiliate sites, or blogs on almost every page then that's the dead giveaway that the site is tanking and that the owner knows what he did wrong :)

If the backlinks are good and the OBLs low then the site might not be as bad, but it would definitely need analyzing in more depth. But even so, I'd still save my money...

I agree with this, as i would not waste my money to take a chance out of it.

OP, I appreciate your idea of asking suggestions, as this would prevent many of them being fall under spam!

You can check the backlinks, keywords, & anchors of the domain. If it's wired, just avoid the domain.

It's a semrush traffic, it's mostly wrong and lags in time in terms of traffic.
The traffic most likely be steady but it will show declining on semrush. It might be slight declining but semrush will show declining.

Yes sometimes Semrush isn't always accurate, which other website would you suggest to check the monthly traffic of a website ?

Only way to get correct traffic data is via gsc and google analytics/or an alternative to it.
