Ive used them a few times. the first time i used them I definitely made more sales than normal, well worth it. The other times not as good but I dont think its their fault. I track rankings on erank and my listing does always rank in the top 5 after about 3 weeks.
It can also hurt your shop so be careful. I once got greedy and tried on 2 listings and 2 keywords which then lowered my CTR and kinda tanked the shop lol. Stick to one listing that already has a good conversion rate of sales and you will see a difference.

But can't you just use them again to bring your shop back up? Did your shop ever recover from that?
