How many clients can I submit for press releases? Are there any restrictions?

Press Release Distribution Refund
We are happy to refund and retract any press release submitted for publication when possible. However, once assets have been created or distributed to any third party, we can no longer offer a refund.
Subscription Refunds
We operate on a subscription basis with auto-billing per month. Every month your subscription entitles you to credit you can use for services.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next payment. There is also a 3-day grace period where you can request a full refund minus the cost of any services you used. After the 3 day grace period, a refund for unused credit is not possible.
All unused credit from your subscription does expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. We do offer the ability to buy additional credit that never expires, although customers will need to maintain a subscription to access their account
Delivery Policy
Press release will be published to media outlets 1-3 days after submission. Press releases can also be scheduled to go out at a particular time if they are submitted and scheduled 3 days or more in advance. In this case, usually, the PR is published on the scheduled day.
Copywriter services will be complete in 2-5 days.
