Spreadshirt Shop Indexing

hello everyone, i am running a spreadshirt shop but dont know how to submit the sitemap to google webmaster tool, having many item pages, i am doing manually requesting 10 pages per day, is there anyway to submit the shop sitemap or not?

Create sitemap frpm xml sitemap website and after that put that sitemap link as a hyperlink with any word on the footer of spreadshirt shop and in search console send your homepage for indexng.

Bro i tried if but website doesnt accept full link on spreadshirt. I know maybe i am doing it wrong. Can you please explain me your solution in step by step with pictures? Thank you so much
