For all you that don't know, a "hidden admin" is the original profile that actually owns the ad account. You will not see it on the ad account setup page.

So, unless you have full access to this profile, you are not in real control on the ad account, and can be kicked out any moment by the "hidden admin" on the account.

Imagine you start running ads, spend big budget on the account and nurturing it - just to be kicked out suddenly later on without knowing the real reason how it happened.

This is for everyone to know - when buying a personal ad account ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ORIGINAL PROFILE ACCESS WITH IT.

When I addressed this to the seller he started making excuses stuff like "Hidden admin means the original profile has been locked, don't worry" "I've locked the original file for sure, please use it with peace of mind"

He refuses to replace the account with a clean one, refuses to refund, and in some point will stop responding you.

For reference attached is a screenshot of accounts check, one with a hidden admin and another with no hidden admin.

you can post this to the community and try asking people, if the account with the original profile has not been permanently locked then it will give thieves a chance to take your account, so we need to permanently lock it root profile, and when the profile is locked, you check with smit and it will show a hidden admin, that's very normal. I hope you learn and reconsider this issue

The seller has contacted me and after we talked he issued a full refund for my order.
I guess our expectations didn't meet on this deal but at the end of the day he handled this in a professional way as expected.

The steps when adding tags that are not kept in order are as follows:
Place Camp BoostPost bait on 1 New Page and Post New
You select Promote your newly created Page Post.
Choose a budget of 5 USD or 7 USD
Once you've chosen your budget, click Boost Post.

After filling out the card completely, press continue and F5 on the page again, Go to Ads Manager to check.
