When my reels will start to get traffic?

Hi to all. I'm new to instagram and still testing the algo.
I've uploaded reels with hashtags , locations and trending music. I'm gaining followers with follow/unfollow method. My reels get some views from the new followers but that's all. Does anyone know when my reels will start to be shown in the feed? Do they need minimum amount of view and likes?

I think its important to remember it doesn't work the same as tiktok. We force traffic to our accounts with various strategies

Would you tell me more? Do you mean that I can't expect my reels to drive traffic to profile link once they start showing in the feed?
My idea is to create accounts with reels which to drive traffic at some point to the profile link on autopilot, without follow/unfollow anymore and without more reels uploading. Do you think it is possible or such accounts will be dropped out from the algo?
I can send other social traffic to these accounts, but no sense because I can convert that traffic directly

ig is very hit or miss atm imo, just gotta stay consistent and make sure ur content is fresh and original not repost

Then, why my reels are not in the feed and are not seen by anyone? Maybe need more followers

From my experience is 2 months, you can slowly follow some people everyday
