Suggestions for Proxy Provider for Email Verification Tool

I am building an EMAIL VERIFICATION APP - similar to Never Bounce.com or Clear out.io - Just need proxies to be able to VERIFY EMAILS (valid / invalid / catch-all).

We'll NEVER actually be sending any emails / spam. I need proxies to be able to just verify emails. Like start smtp session and wait for smtp response, As soon as our app receives 250 OK GO AHEAD we close connection and mark email as valid.

Therefore, needs to be:
- SOCKS5 enabled
- PORT25 open / enabled

Anyone know a proxy provider that can guarantee their proxies have PORT25 open? Seems a lot of them are saying they are BUT then we test them and clearly the port closed essentially wasting our time and making us never want to do business with that provider again.

Open to any suggestions?

The way your working is totally wrong.. All you need is multiple IP's but not proxies.
I doubt providers will really accept you cause small mistake can blacklist all IP's you own including the domain your using.

But do try different optimization ways surely you will get succeed

For a personal use Atomic Mail Verifier with GSA Proxy Scraper. I scrape proxies and test them on Atomic Verifier to keep only working proxies.

Then I use them for verifying emails.

This solution can be good for a personal use not for a large commercial scale.

is the proxy checker in Atomic Mail Verifier currently working for you? For me it is unable to verify any Proxy, it just says they are OFFLINE. Support does not help with the issue. Let me know if its working for you right now.
