ProtonVPN all the way. Free version works brill for day-to-day tasks.
How to protect my data? It's impossible to be anonymous on the web these days.Sometime since 2010 or so, it's become normal to yield all our data automatically. All the privacy options are opt-out instead of opt-in. It's amazing how just having a phone nr will allow you to access so much data about a person. At some point this has to be rolled back. People should value their personal data.
Please google the terms “Edward Snowden leaks” and “PRISM government“ and you’ll break down in tearsHow to protect my data? It's impossible to be anonymous on the web these days.
Bare minimum as VPN, or proxy is not enough, someone can even log in to your phone with just a knowledge of your phone number.
Same experiance here, used it for a few years without any major issues.ExpressVPN works great for me but it's not one of the cheap options
Any suggestions regarding 4g proxies? Where to buyI would suggest you to go for a good 4g proxy as they are more secure and anonymous. Due to advancements in technology, vpns are more likely to be easily detectable and it has a lot of potential damages.

I meant privacy from gov, not from some Silicon Valley tech. There's lots you can do.
Use an alt account for your personal phone. Use a real name acct only for the work phone. Work phone only does work, nothing else.
Don't upload your face anywhere.
Watch what you install on your phone. If your home screen looks like a kindergarten full of colorful notifications from 200+ apps, chances are 100% you're being spied on by all 200 apps.
Use a middleman for payments, like paypal. that way you don't enter your credit card everywhere
Get a PO box for work stuff. Don't give out your home address in every site you sign up for.
Opt-out of all antiprivacy measures. Don't send metrics or other data. Don't send crash reports, ever. Make apps request permissions when they run ("while app is running"). Never give definitive permissions
To save battery life, turn off location unless you need it.
Just some random ideas. Sure you can think of others.

So you can suggest any good proxy seller? If you will be using it for managing advertising accounts I suggest static residential proxies not VPN.
Wow, such a kind words, lmfao internet providers are legally required to provide all internet traffic records to the government dumb fuck
what illegal things are you doing to require hiding from the government?
4g are the best for account maintenance - but thats just my opinionI use vpn for my Yelp Elite Accs maintenance. So I need vpn with lot of USA servers. Price doesn't matter.
Same hereI don’t use VPNs for anything black hat related I just use it to watch shows on Netflix lmao
i think expressvpn worth money. I’ve been using it for a long time with no problem and 24/7 support. Also there’s alot of good reviews.Hello guys, I have to switch from NordVPN (paid version, lots of disconnects nowadays).
Any suggestion on good VPNs or Proxies?
