Cheap socks5 allow reading email via POP3, IMAP?

VIP72 is dead, I am looking for alternative.
911 is fine except it doesn't allow email protocol, even though just reading, not sending.

I need to create many accounts, and they need to verify email, so reading email via POP3 IMAP is very important.
Any recommendation?

that is what we are supposed to do, we arnt supposed to link to
outside products but instead link to the forums proxy sales
so if you have a problem with that, take it up with the people who
make the rules and not me for following them....

Where did you read that rules
Can't find any rules mention that
The only rule is that you can't sell outside the marketplace
So if you has nothing to do with that service or product you will recomend so there is no rules that is broken here

over the years ive been told Not to link to products
out side the market place / forum, so i took it to be a rule
so until a mod tells me that has changed , i will continue
to point proxy buyers to the forums proxy sales.
