Free Alternative to Click Cease? Does It Actually Exist?

Hey guys so I use Polygraph for click fraud detection but I'm also running Click Cease for some features that Polygraph lacks. I do understand the limitations of Click Cease, but I like to monitor VPN activity and repeated clicks etc to get a feel for how much fraud is occurring.

Is there a free tool to monitor this? I've seen mentions of free tools out there for this, but I'm not aware of them at the moment. Please help?
