Can't risk getting my domain banned.

How careful should I be with spamming content?

Don't spam and you'll be fine.
It's OK to drop a link there now and then but spamming?

I have 50+ links from reddit but they are natural.

Banned from what? Reddit? Don't spam it. But it's all a question of luck. If you draw the attention of the wrong person, it's over.

Looking genuine can keep your links and accounts last longer, but any trigger-happy mod can blow it up at anytime.
