Wow, I believe this might be related to an email Coinbase is sending to certain customers about the usage of the account, well let's see what will happen with Binance and if any other country do the same or receive any strong restriction.

I kept a huge amount as per Indian norms appx 1000 USD, then market itself converted it into small negligible amount. It was in various new listings

I did in the past like a few k for the flex earn feature when it was high
and when crypto industry was blooming & when we needed funds 24/7 since we may need to switch it over to x alt coin to buy before it exploded
since we all have adhd degens and can't wait an extra 5 fucking minutes for it to transfer over like normal human begins
but those times are long gone so there isn't really a need to keep huge amounts in there anymore
