Many people ask for this on this forum, although it's kind of immoral, it abides the ruling for informational purposes.

But if you want to market a service for this, then it's against the marketplace rules AFAIK.-

Yep, discussing Blackhat SEO isn't allowed here.

And sending thousands of spammy links to your competitor wouldn't do much because Google will simply ignore them.

Don't you have better things to do than spamming a competitor's site to tank it? I've been in IM for a long time, and I have never thought of using this tactic on a single competitor. I don't know why people don't want to work hard and look for an easy way out.
