But it has own some pros & Cons such as real time updates, Global reach, Marketplace Opportunities, Toxicity, Limited characters.

So, What is your idea about Twitter? Should we move to alternative social media?

I don't think you should move to another social media, twitter is doing good, is difficult for some people depending on what they are doing and the restrictions of bots and automated systems on twitte, also restrictions at the time to post, like follow, unfollow or comment, to detect if you are a bot or not, but as I said it depends on what you are doing you might see positive changes or negative if affects your account or way you are working.

twitter is good for boosting traffic, but you have to keep engaging with other users in their comment sections. no need to promote just engage with them. it increases traffic on your website.

Organic comments obtained can be preferred as they will increase your engagement. Such services are available, but be careful to make sure that the users are not fake.
