SEO tools not working

My site is up and runing but seo tools are giving me error or saying that site is not accesible. moz.com and other less known seo analysers.

The IT guy says that this is because of CloudFlare. Could it be?

The weird thing is that page is quite old and in the past there was no problems with this.
I suppose i can switch off cloudflare and take a look.

Edit your robot.txt and off your bot.
