In my opinion, no you will not get your @dense accounts suspended unless you violate the @dsense TOS or otherwise really try to get suspended. And by violation, a lot of it is common sense - no sites that contain content Big G despises (hate, porn, illegal stuff - I don't care what others say, they don't seem to HATE autoblogs as long as they look like helpful content); no trickery or playing with their code blocks very much; and no click fraud. If they make $, their advertisers make $, and you make $. Everyone is happy.
For example - You can blend your ad blocks, but don't try anything too tricky (e.g. hiding ad code behind or in an image, or putting text like "Click here" above your ads; common sense stuff really). A real common sense thing - don't even waste time trying to figure out how to trick the Big G - invest that time more wisely in learning how @dsense works, and learning other topics like psychology, social engineering, and certain aspects of marketing - that's a far better time investment than any "click exchange", or other crap like that the noobs sometimes post about.
So far I've been warned once about one specific domain name, I made the changes requested, and other than that no problems. That's in running @dsense for > 1 year on > let's say tens of autoblogs and ten or so non-auto blogs. Yeah, let's go with those numbers rather than get too specific.
