Those tools are better off used for lower tiered link building. Not directly to money site

It depends with what you feed. If you build a project with junk data and blast to junk the output will be junk. If you feed it with premium quality stuffs and high quality data it will be authority.

Agreed with you. I been using premium link lists with human readable content and never get issues. my ecom sites are doing great even some other says its hard to dominate ecom sites lol

And what do you use it for? If you have no idea how to properly use Xrumer in 2023, then don't use it.
First there must be ideas for different strategies, then tests, only when they come out is it use for SEO campaigns.
