How long is your order completion time

Is it possible to cancel the order if it cannot be completed

Can you accept PAYPAL payment


I have been scammed by two sites

My order on these two websites has been showing that it is in progress, and it has been a year.

They were not able to cancel the order nor refund my money.

I really hope to find an honest service provider

The completion time of each service is different. Non working services in order is immediately cancelled.
