you need to contact support or some support portal to ask them to enable that feature

hacy accessed the "page quality" section, maybe your site has been blocked from live streaming. this has never happened before. As far as I know Green Page can advertise live streaming videos. So if this feature is locked, it is likely that it has been used by a person before, and that person has had a violation that caused this function to be blocked. You can appeal the page right in the page quality section
