The seller had messaged me on BHW asking for details. I had provided the details for the link, and after 2 days, he came back with report. He did keep me updated about the progress.

Content quality:
The quality of the content was good, it was not spun but handwritten. It was not native content, but was researched and upto the point. No bluff to increase word count, spot on. There was one image present in the post which was featured image, which had stock image with post title on top. This looks good, and it even has the website branding in the bottom right corner which makes it kinda unique image. Overall the content is good and okay for the price.

Blog quality:
I was actually surprised after looking at the blog. The blog from which the seller provided the link, had 2.2k+ referring domains, with DR and UR of 34 each. Most importantly it had 8.7K traffic according to Ahref's, which confirms that it is legit blog. The site is legit, it has About/ Contact pages, author boxes below every post, Privacy policy and every thing else that normal blog has. This was actually a company blog, which sells SaaS products. There was even marketplace section along with testimonials and get quote section.
I even searched the domain on Google without extension, and it was displaying sitelinks as well. I could even see the GMB listing for this business along with contact details and few reviews, so yeah I actually got a link from legit business blog!I am pretty happy with the link!

Conclusion
I would recommend this service if you want genuine guest posts from blogs with real traffic. However do check if the blogs are not PBN's/ low quality ones upon delivery.

Here are my thoughts -

Good points

1. The report is good - easy to understand and there are bonus links provided in the form of link drops.
2. Metrics are good - across the guest posts and link drops - average traffic 5k, rd 4.6k, dr 48, da 42.
3. All links are now indexed in Google, which only took a few days after report was delivered.

Bad points

1. The communication could be better as when the report was first delivered, the link drops were not present.
2. There were some other issues which are now fixed but I had to discover that, rather than OP letting me know it was all fixed.

Overall its a decent service and the end result is good but I would just recommend to the seller that you work on the communication and delivery process - make sure that everything is live and correct before you deliver the report and in cases where there are issues its best to be on top of the communication with regard to those issues - that will make for happier buyers.
