i am looking for an alternative to IProyal where I can buy proxy’s from. Has anyone got any recommendations?

I am not sure how strict Google ads is with proxies, you may be fine with using any IPV4 Residential proxies. I'd recommend checking out Bart Proxies, they have High Quality static proxies that I use for various purposes so I am sure they will work well for Google ads as well.

Depends mostly on what you use your proxies for that a recommendation can be reasonably made. That said, you can look around the Marketplace section for seller posts. Read around and you might find a proxy that might just work for you.
