Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

Thank you again. Much appreciated :)

One final question … I got confused about the Google workspace stuff, because in my own account, they were asking me to pay again.

I just checked this page:
https://support.google.com/a/answer/7502379
And it looks like I can setup … up to 20 domains as aliases, where my main primary email accounts are replicated.

for example, let’s say my main domain is domain1.com and my email is [email protected]

then as far as I can tell, I can add domain2.com and domain3.com and so on … as many as 20 domains in total.

that means I would have [email protected] for example.

But these are domain aliases.
Could you advise on this for me?

I appreciate your time, and just wanted to know if the aliases are fine as a stand alone thing for cold email, or would I be better off buying additional “users” which allow me to create a new domain and email essentially.

thanks mate :)
Is your goal is to setup a call with these influencers or close the deal on the email?

My goal is to initially reach out and ask if they are interested in a sponsorship/partnership. If so, hit reply and let’s chat.

If they reply, then I would outline our offer, or more likely - invite them to a quick zoom session, or possibly even create them a custom video as a reply.

But this would all occur … only if they specifically ask for more information.

Hey

You don't need 5 Google workspaces. You need one main Google Workspace with several inboxes and if you can, have several domains. You can easily plug several domains to a Google workspace.

20/day is good and very safe as it's a low volume but you can send 100 daily (without counting the follow ups) as well so you may need fewer inboxes. If you use a warmer like Mailreach, it will protect your reputation.

I don't recommend Mailshake anymore as they're very expensive and their warm up sucks, but Emelia as it's much cheaper and works well. It should fit your budget.

We agree that Mailshake is very expensive. Emelia did not perform well in our tests.

How does your custom solution actually send the emails? API? SMTP to Gmail?

Hey guys and thanks a lot for your amazing help, @Shatzyo!

I have a question. While verifying the emails with "Debounce" , it's like ~40 of the emails are "Accept all" , i mean this:

https://debounce.io/blog/articles/what-is-a-catch-all-or-accept-all/
Do you guys have any idea if i should still send to these email addresses? Because if i don't use "accept all" emails and use only "deliverable" , i use a lot of potential leads. Like 40% of the emails i verify from apollo with debounce are "accept all".

Emails are from CEO btw.

When i was scraping from instagram in the past, not from apollo, the ratio of accept all was way lower. I'm wondering, maybe if i use a warmup tool like warmupinbox or mailreach, i should not bother to send to accept all emails?

So im wondering whether i can safely use "accept all" or i should skip it? Let me know, thank you!

Hi. A quick question for you, @Shatzyo, and other guys who know the answer.

I scrape the emails from the Apollo and when i try to verify these emails by using "Debounce", it's like 40-50% of the emails are "Accept-All". I'm wondering if it's very risky to use these emails or I can use them? Because the data from the Apollo is not really cheap, and losing like 50% of it in the verifying process is not a cool thing.

Let me know what you think about that guys.

On accept-all emails, follow the recommendation of Mailreach: dilute them in your lists and have max 20% (or 25% I don't recall) of your lists as accept-all emails. The worst thing is to is to send emails only to accept-all emails during some period of time, you'll have too many bounces.

But don't exclude them, most of them are valid, especially from Apollo, their data is mostly good.

As long as you have a warmer on the side, it's fine if you have some bounces. The warmer will help you absorb that.

Hello @Shatzyo.

Can you tell me why most of my gsuite users that i use to cold email are periodically getting suspended because of spamming?

I use Emelia, i send no more than 80 of emails / a day + no more than 80 of follow ups per day. Also, i divide them between hours, so they're not sent at once.

I clean my list with debounce. I don't use spammy words like free etc. I use mailreach and/or warmupinbox.

The good thing is that i'm able to unsuspended the user in the gsuite admin each time it gets suspended, for some users it happened multiple times and they're doing still fine for over a month now.

However, i'm wondering if you're getting this as well and how could i avoid this?

Btw i'm using a unique domain per user, unique template, so no connections between the emails.

And finally want to say you a big thank you. I'm working with the first clients for lead generation. It's a very profitable business niche, lot's of people with money ready to pay you if you'll bring them hot leads.

Btw, Apollo works very good as well, extremely valuable tool.

So i found that apollo and emelia are very good tools to use. Warmupinbox and mailreach - both of them give me pretty much same results.

Yes, my data is from the Apollo.

Can you tell me please, how do i include those "accept-all" into my list safely? I mean if i will include them by copy paste, it will send for some days to "accept all" and then i will ruin my email reputation. So do you know any program or tool in order to include these emails with spaces? So let's say 20 emails out per 100 will be accept all.

Idk how to manage with this excel if excel could you do the job.

Hello guys, has anyone noticed a drop in open ratio? Especially when i run a test with "mailreach spam tester", i see a lot of emails land i spam which are outlook/hotmail(microsoft) . Any idea what is going on guys? I used to get 60% open ratio or so, now its 35-40%

You're getting suspended because your spam complaint rate.

Glad to read you're making money out of lead generation, it shows people it's really possible and you can make $10k+/month with minimum effort like this.

Follow Mailreach advice on that one, dilute the accept-all in your list so they don't represent more than 20% of your lists, avoid sending only to accept all emails during a period of time. It has to be linear, over the days, weeks, month, no spikes.

Doing fine on my end, still above 60%, are you sure you don't have a reputation drop ? Your warmer will tell you this. But the open rates are less and less reliable over the years, check your reply rate instead.

Good luck man

Thanks a lot for your reply Shatzyo!

It's very strange. I've been warming my mailboxes for months, also sending cold email campgains for months, at least for the last ~2 months. Was getting also around 60% and suddenly ~3 emails out of 5 are getting low open ratio like 20-30% or so, only few of them left with a steady ~50-60% open ratio.

Yes, i was getting my emails suspended multiple times. I just unsuspended and continue. However, the open ratio was really great, all was working fine.

For me it seems too accidental to have most of the emails with dropped open ratio so fast.

I used warmupinbox for most of the emails though and all was working fine for months. Also, i haven't set up DMARC. Maybe that could be the reason? The rest i set up properly - SPF, DKIM, tracking domain.

What is even more strange, Shatzyo, is that my warmup tool is still showing those emails as good performing, i mean over 90% of my emails are going to inbox on a warmup tool, so it seems working fine as before. Only when i send a real campgain this happens and emelia shows this bad open ratio too. And the replies + unsubscribers have dropped too, so i i think the open ratio is accurate.

I was using namecheap+warmupinbox set up for these. Now i'm more strict and i bought some new domains from goddady and started them on mailreach, maybe its a better set up, we will see in a coming week or two, but i'm still concerned that it's too accidentall that it dropped on so many emails in a short period of time.

What most of my emails have in common is that i use them for the same company leads generation - but i re-write each template with a "WordTune" and even the signature - i re-write it, only few words are same in template and signature.. All emails are validated with debounce, slow sending speed etc...

Also, as you've mentioned before Shatzyo, the earliest when i can start sending actual campgain is at least after 2 weeks of a warmup right? Sometimes i really want to start sooner, but i must wait hah, there is no quicker way i believe..?

And lastly, i do followups after ~2 days after from when the first message was sent. Well, i can make it 3 days, but still, I think i'm getting my emails suspended from time to time because of a poor copywritting? Cause targeting is not that bad, i mean i scrape people from the good industry from apollo and send my clietns offer..

Thanks for your help , Shatzyo, waiting on your insights..

I don't know the efficiency of warmup inbox but I'm skeptical on all those "warmup tools" who use non sense content in their emails and include the same string code in all their subject lines. They're taking Gmail, Outlook and all the others for fools.

Buying domains from Namecheap or Godaddy won't make any significant difference on your inbox placement.

I recommend to stop guessing and simply check where your emails land. For that, just use the free spam test from Mailreach or Glockapps. Forward to their list of addresses an email that has been sent from Emelia and check your spam score. If you have a 10 out of 10 score, then you're fine (at least on the type of inboxes tested).

2 weeks of warm up at least and space more your follow ups.

Do you mean i should do follow ups after 3 days let's say? I'm doing only +1 follow up after 2 days. Thanks for your suggestions!

Writing on my experience with Boxward.

Warmup control and topics have good customization. Almost on par with the Warminbox mid-tier package. Has real conversations where you can pick a single subject of the emails.

Here is where the odd part starts coming in. I know my IP is blacklisted for Hotmail but works for Office 360. Boxward starts reporting 100% delivery to Outlook. I just assumed it was Office 360 that was only being reported.

Fast forward to my campaign. I start noticing my Gmail no longer reviving opens. After 30 days. Boxward still reports 100%... All providers. I decided to toss my email into Warminbox... My Gmail health score is only 26. Outlook 23. Outlook is expected to be low. Hopefully, my domain isn't burned for Office 360. Still only on the Hotmail public blacklist.

Summary
I don't believe it is effective in its current state.

We agree that Mailshake is very expensive. Emelia did not perform well in our tests.

Hi

What do you mean exactly by not performing well in your tests? Did you set up your own tracking domain ?

I am asking because Emelia released a code, UNLIMITED, to have the ability to connect as many mailboxes that you want, with no limitations at all, for 99$/month. And I think I will give it a try, but before connecting a lot of mailboxes (it takes time) i am looking around for feedbacks.

Hey guys, I didn't know where else to post this..

I'm looking for a system that enables me to send 20k-100k cold emails per day, I'm a newb at this but I did a LOT of research for the past week and it seems to me in order to be able to do that, I need to use an SMTP service like Amazon SES, or create my own SMTP server that I link to a mail application like Mailwizz or Mautic in order to start sending emails.

I also learned that I need to warm up the server for a month at least, clean up the list and basically get 10/10 email scoring before I attempt my first send in order to have a chance to hit the inbox later on.

my question is, does anyone know of a way that I can use autoresponders like Activecampaign or Convertkit to be able to send thousands of cold emails a day? (any tricks to get past their scrutiny system?)

if that is not an option, is there a way to rent/buy pre-warmed up SMTP servers that can send 20k-100k cold emails per day with high inbox deliverability? how much would such service cost? (asking the experts)

I'm kindly asking experienced members to give their precious advice, although there are a lot of threads about this subject - I still wasn't able to find a real solution for this.

Thank you so much,
Cold mailing to that many prospects is a huge task and getting your emails land in the inbox of your prospects is an even harder task. You'll first need to clean and warm up the list using freebies before sending any promotional emails.

If you import a 20k+ strong email list in any reputed autoresponder service like Aweber,Constant Contact,Active campaign etc, your account will probably get banned after a day or two of mailing as you start getting a lot of spam complaints. So using a self hosted solution is your only option. With proper list cleaning and warm up,you should get decent opening rates(10%+) with self hosted mailing.

My custom solution uses an app password with 2 factor authentication.

I don't think my clients would appreciate just getting forwarded shit without filtering by our team so we can't work with the 2FA side of things
Especially since I want my team and clients to be able to access the accounts at any time

Once google makes it impossible not to use 2FA what do you recommend?

Hi @Shatzyo thank-you so much for your replies on this thread it means a lot for those who are really searching for cold email marketing help. I have read your every reply on this thread. I have been doing the same approach for email marketing gsuite/domain method and kinda stuck because i was only trying it from past 2-3 months and continuously failed. I was searching for solutions on BHW and i feel lucky to find this thread. thank you so much again for your valuable time. I have couple of questions and i think you can surely answer those.

My Journey and Fails :

My goal was to send 1k emails per day what i did is as follows :

I linked 5 domains to 5 different G-suite accounts and started sending mail without warming up i thought warm up is just sending few emails 5-6 for 14-20 days and then gradually increase the number (and it worked for 5 accounts) I read somewhere that 45 emails per account is safe and one should not exceed that, is that true?

I was sending same script from 5 accounts and it was working fine so i was sending around 200 mails daily through yamm Until one day i got one error no SPF record found and my emails were going in inbox but I was not getting replies to my ID's i cross checked replying to one of my ID and I was not receiving the reply but i was landing in inbox.

So i started searching for solutions and i got cloudflare so i linked my domains to that site and routed my emails from that website and changed my name servers and DNS from my domain provider and google then my SPF record were all set and my emails were getting replies but not on the sender ID only routed to my Main Email which i set on cloudflare so everything was fine then again but note this that my DNS NAME SERVER was changed.

Then i purchased 10 more domains to achieve my goal for sending 1k emails and linked them the same way i did before, i linked them again to cloudflare and started mailing because i was having SPF record problems even for new accounts when i checked on google toolbox, and you know my fucked up warm method because i didnt know what actual warming up is which i learned in this thread.

I started sending mails from yamm i thought my previous ID can send 45 emails and i will send 5 emails from new ID's and gradually increase the number like i did before and i was sending same script I was not giving any gap between sending from diffrent ID's i was just sending from 1 close that tab then jumped on another. After 7 8 days i was going to spam from my new ID's and i was demotivated a lot.

I had this same thought of buying dedicated proxy like others. But after reading your replies i have eliminated this thought and I will warm up my accounts before sending emails.

My Questions :

1. How many days does it really takes to send 1000 emails per day?
2. Do we need different Script and Subject lines for every account ?
3. How much delay one should keep in sending emails per account ?
4. What are the solutions to solve errors like no SPF record found when you have added it already and you get same error for your fresh accounts as well?
5. Is there any way to warm up emails manually? To save cost.
6. Is it really like we can't send more than 45 emails from 1 account or else we will land in spam?
7. What are your thoughts on sites likes Instantly.ai to send emails?
8. Any specific reason to choose emelia over yamm?
9. If one can spend only on one thing like warm up website or good sending website what would you recommend and which source to choose alternatively for which option has less priority ?
10. Why are you so much helpful :) ?

Thankyou

Any replies would be appreciated!
