Attracting US customers as a foreigner?

Hi, let's say i live in a very nice country where 1000$ working from home is an erotic lucid dream, having more is true occultism.

My main target is to resell some specific web marketing services so that i can "work from my laptop" and leave my shitty hard job

Now, let's say i can provide a new marketing service, the market is completely new, it's relatively cheap for me to create this service.

I know for sure agencies and businesses in general are going to buy this service in the next few years.

How you would move? I think looking directly for businesses may generate higher margins per customer - but i'd like the idea of having affiliates/agencies reselling my service in whitelabel so that i don't have to focus on finding customers (and they can focus on selling as i'm providing high quality relatively cheap service), i scraped like 500 web agencies or similar from only new york, so i could automate outbound marketing.

I don't know if i'm clear in my explanation, think like web design has been created right now and you have to sell the first websites.

I will address the title (Attracting US customers as a foreigner?). Nowadays people do not bother if they are dealing with a local or with a "foreigner". As long as the product or service is good, it's pricing is attractive and customer support is good, people would be least bothered if the seller is a local or a "foreigner" or even if the seller is located in some other country.

ok i think you gave me a pretty valid reason to just start emailng or dming agency owners, maybe offer a nice discount for the very first customers as i don't have reviews or portfolio = 0 reputation

I would start selling your service to local users then show that it works then try and bring in other users to try and automate the process. there will always be issues you can foresee until you start
